About Me
My passion for finding knots and zoning in to people’s pains dates back far before my professional days; to charging friends $1 for a massage so I could get myself a canteen treat at lunchtime. From school to university, and all the days between I have always been drawn to help and I found a niche in Chiropractic where I get to apply my knowledge of the body, help people and change lives.
I like to bring my energy into the clinic with me, so please expect some dry humour, laughter and upbeat tunes to meet your ears. I believe that laughter can be the best medicine and hope I can make you feel the same way.
Professionally, my passion for being a Chiropractor and Pilates Instructor has only grown over time and each patient teaches me something new which helps me become a better practitioner, getting you the results you need.
At the end of the day, no matter who my patient is, or what their concern may be, I want to give them my best and help them achieve their goals. Interest areas of mine include neck pain, headache/migraine management, TMJ Disorders, Chronic Pain, Sporting Injuries and Concussions as well as Women’s Health/Pregnancy care.
I’m excited to be helping the Port Stephens community, and cannot wait to meet you!

About Me
For as long as I can remember, I always wanted a career where I could help others. Throughout years of playing sport and sustaining injuries myself, it ignited my interest and passion for Physiotherapy where I could combine my love for sport and my drive to help others as much as I could.
From a young age, I experienced symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction but never thought anything of it because I simply didn’t know better, and nor did my family as the education was never provided. After consulting with a Women’s Health Physiotherapist myself, it made me realise that awareness for Women’s Health conditions and health care needs to be significantly better.
I hope, and want to be able to shed more light and create a safe space for females to discuss their health, understand their bodies, and be able to help women through all walks of life because pelvic health conditions can occur for any female, at any age. I understand that no two people are the same so despite having the same diagnosis as another, symptoms and treatment and rehabilitation required may be completely different.
I’m excited to join Active Body Solutions, and be able to provide Women’s Health support and care to the people of the Port Stephens region, and cannot wait to meet you all in the clinic!

Muse Yoga
I have always had a love for yoga, practicing on and off throughout the years. I decided to study and work towards my certification around 3 and a half years ago (just after my first born) and have never looked back! Our bodies and mental health are one and the same, and I believe that moving through Yoga and utilising our breath provides a breadth of positive change.
I love so many things about yoga; but there are three aspects of yoga that stand out for me, and they are:
•becoming connected to the breath and learning different breathing techniques
•being able to move your body in a way that's different from your day to day
•developing a skill for meditation
It's these three things that you'll see reflected in my classes. Although I practice all types of yoga my classes will flow through these three key aspects and my hope is that I can give you all a little taste of what yoga is and that your love for it will grow, just as it has for me.
I can’t wait to meet you!
With love, Caity.
